I just recently discovered this band "30 seconds to Mars." I was actually on the mall looking for a new headset/earphone to replace my IPod earphone since the right piece is no longer working. While strolling and looking for a store that sells good quality earphones, I passed by MAC store that sells, of course, IPod series. I tested and listened to one vacant free-to-listen ipod (but i listened not because I am interested with the Ipod since I already have my own IPod touch but to test the quality of headset they are using, which on that time is a Bose headset). But oooppss, that god damn headset cost P8000!! What the.. Before that, the song playing on the Ipod was a song from the band 30 seconds to Mars, "The Kill." I enjoyed the song and memorized the name of the band. The song was catchy and easily get my taste of music since I am into rock genre. When I got home, I hurriedly search the internet and downloaded that song. After sometime, I have discovered some of their popular singles and after a week, downloaded their 2 albums!

Review: The Alchemist
I would assume that you are lucky enough to enroll on humanities subject and been able to register on a subject were you mostly read books/novels and do either a reaction paper or review of that novel. However, most of college students don't feel reading a whole novel for the rest of the semester mainly because its sort of boring, I guess...
But you'll be MORE lucky enough if one of the novels that your professor require you to read was a novel entitled "The Alchemist" written by Paulo Coelho (i just hope you read it.. hehe!). This would probably the best ever written novel by Paulo Coehlo. I just love how the phasing of the story goes and with about less than 200 pages only, the story was smoothly plotted.
The story revolves on the main cast, Santiago, and his journey on searching for the "treasure." Did he really find the treasure that he is looking for or was it just a legend? The answer is on the book! So better grab one now! :)
Highly recommended for people who is searching for something that can make them complete. :)

Experience: Parasailing
Parasailing is one of the attracting "To Do's" in Boracay. And for me, this would be the best activity so far. You will definitely enjoy your 15-minute ride with this big balloon, just like the feeling on a parachute! You will see how vast the sea once you saw this 100 feet above sea level. Not only that, you will definitely enjoy the cool breeze too. Me and my friend had the chance to experience this when we were in Boracay. We have it setup so when we rent for a ride, its around sunset time. And damn, everything was so perfect when you are up above! Not to mention a perfect background too! I hope I can share more pictures but unfortunately, we still unable to upload everything. Although the activity was too costly, we got it for P1,100/head, I can say that its really worth the price! Here are some of the pictures of my bestfriends enjoying the parasailing experience! :)

Review: Lost Symbol
This would be one of the best novel I have read in mystery and suspense genre. What can I expect from the author of Da Vinci Code and Angels and Demons? Nothing but pages of full of excitement and great revelations! Dan Brown, I would say, is one of the best author we have right now. Of course to name a few like James Patterson and Anne Rule, he was exceptionally talented as them. So what's with "Lost Symbol" that makes it one of my favorite novel?
The best thing that I love about how Dan Brown wrote this novels is the feeling of wanting to finish the story in just one seating! But, I wasn't able to do that. Haha! It took me 5 days to finish this novel but the wanting to never stop reading is one of the feeling that I really like. It became a drug that I love to abuse myself with 'coz it got me addicted in reading the pages and I always search for any free time that I may have, be it at the office or in a ride on my way to office or home... on a bus! :)
I would definitely recommend this novel to all Dan Brown fanatics out there or to those who prefers mysterious things, suspense and actions! Plus the surprising revelations! I just love it!
What is then the "Lost Symbol"? It's the symbol that can create the greatest change in the history of mankind... but I will not tell you what is that symbol... go and know it yourself. :)
If I have 3 thumbs, i will give this my three thumbs up!

Vow
Can’t believe that you were no longer the person i used to know back then
I never imagined you seeing me as “I cry” in front of you
And me always pretending to be strong and okay
Will my time still come? Time that i have been waiting for
The day that i can touch you and kiss you again
Embrace you like there is no tomorrow
Watch you grow old lying around my arms
“I love you”
Three words that my heart been shouting and will be shouting forever.
I will love you for the rest of my life
This is my vow

Equilibrium

Dreams
Why do people need to sleep?
Why do people need to dream?
It’s an abyss where people meet fantasies
instead of realities.
Just a thought.

FEAR
I am browsing thru several pages of a magazine when I come across a brand name "No Fear." But this is not to promote their products or whatsoever. :) I get focused on the word FEAR and thought how and why we feel afraid sometimes. Is this feeling a prerequisite of something? Is this feeling created for something we people need to realize? These are few questions I will try to answer.
Rapid heartbeats, too much sweating...
On my opinion, fear lives on the concept of not knowing something AND also when we know too much of a thing. We often feel fear when we less know a thing that we need to do or worse not even knowing at all. Having no idea of what will happen next creates fear.
Think about death. Most of us fear death and I am one of it. The simple reason why is because I do not know what will happen to me after life. Who knows? To mitigate this fear, society created beliefs and norms which will help people learn what is death. In turn, accept death as a form and part of man's life cycle. Some believe in reincarnation, some believe in fruitful life after death, some believe that we will either go to hell or heaven depending on how He will weigh the life that you have on earth, and such. But despite this, man still fear death.

Boracay: Day 0
"Last call for passenger Garra-Lena E. Aguila..."

Infinity
"It is an unendless ___________."
(I give my readers the freedom to supply any words you can think about and fits on the blank space provided.)
We first saw the symbol of infinity when we were on high school, probably during the second year. And our teacher thought us that infinity stands for anything that is boundless. In terms of numbers, it's something that multiplies with no ending (which i think somehow related to exponentials. gotta review my math 101 :D).
As I grow older (but still looks young), I learned that people also relates infinity to something other than science or mathematics. We often see and hear the words like endless, never ending and walang hanggan... endless love, hanggang sa dulo ng walang hanggan, and so on. But are there really such things as infinite that are not pertaining to numbers and science? A simple question that I always ponder about. Do you believe that there are such things as endless or limitless?
Si-AR-Yu-ES-eTS
Smile... Did she know that with just a single smile of her using her attractive red lips, you loose yourself and makes your world spinning round?
A day is not just an ordinary day when you know that she is just "there" even though you both seldom interact at all, not even a consistent Hi's or hello's. But with a sudden unexpected meeting of your eye sights and a simple friendly smile is worth thousands of words for you and not even a 24-hour of conversation could match to that. What about how you crave to stare at her long black hair, her bangs, her face, her lips and her fingernails? and when she accidentally looks at you, you look away. Haha! That's so obvious!:D
